Our wedding planner recommended a couple of photographers who were familiar with the venue and we chose Elena based on the style of her photography and price.
We couldn't be happier with her or with the photos she took.
We asked Elena to come later than usual (1:30 for a 2:30 ceremony) as we weren’t concerned about having photos of us getting ready, opting instead for more photos with our guests later in the day. From the moment Elena arrived though, she worked tirelessly to maximise the time with us. She still managed to do all the preparation photos, and stayed past our last dance to capture everything we wanted.
Over the course of the day she was everywhere, and yet unseen. Everyone remarked on how great she was, capturing us, our guests and the venue. She really listed to the style we wanted, and what we wanted to capture. She made us feel at ease and relaxed.
As if that wasn’t wonderful enough, Elena got us a selection of photos 2 days after the wedding and then sent us a beautifully presented usb stick within a month.
Honestly, she was a dream. I couldn’t recommend Elena enough.
We chose to use Elena as our wedding photographer as we loved her style of photography the most out of everyone we had seen. We are so pleased that we did choose Elena! We were very excited for the wedding. We were drawn to SW France for its culture and weather, and we were lucky that we had glorious sunshine and blue skies on our wedding. The venue was as beautiful as we remembered it from our brief visit. We remembered the beautiful decor indoors and vast outdoor area for plenty of photos. We ended up choosing a colour theme of navy, gold and blush pink, our decor was combined with rustic and glam, a crazy combination, but it worked thankfully. Our various outfits (traditional Chinese and western) all came together with the decor and Elena caught it all beautifully. She stayed with us for a good 12 hours for the whole day. Elena, has been extremely professional, very polite and sincere. She took a huge amount of photos, promptly linked us to these on the internet and sent us a beautifully boxed set of discs with all the photos on it. It was such lovely touch to have select photos printed on to the CD itself too. She moved around throughout the whole day and for some of it, I didn’t even know she was there taking photos! She was doing such a wonderful job. I only wished I had told her more in advance other specific shots I would’ve liked, I know she would have captured it!
Grâce à Elena, nous avons de magnifiques photos qui transmettent bien les émotions de la journée, les moments d’intimité, les fous rires, la décoration de la salle, l’église avant notre arrivée, et toutes ces choses auxquelles on ne pense pas le jour J. Elena a su rester discrète tout en se mêlant parfaitement bien avec nos invités. Toujours avec douceur et avec le sourire. Le travail est très professionnel : réponse rapide aux mails, livraison dans les temps. Nous avons trouvé les photos SPLENDIDES!!!!! Merci!
